The KI SS-Pneumatic Crimper Assembly is an air-driven tool that supports crimping a host of aluminum crimp caps onto corresponding vials/bottles. The device enhances production over a standard hand crimper while minimizing operator hand strain. The exposed elements of the base & actuator are SS (316, 303/304, etc.) and support rigorous cleaning efforts. PTFE tubing supplies the pneumatic charge to the device complimenting the SS with a high degree of resistance in challenging areas. A lightweight remote footswitch performs a hands-free actuation of the device. The Pneumatic Crimper easily cold forms caps throughout the 7.5 – 32mm range of available head sizes with a verification gauge for cycle confirmation. A must tool when larger production efforts are encountered, designed & made in the USA.
